The International Relations Office of Khmelnytskyi National University has launched a series of information sessions for students from the University's faculties. The aim of the sessions is to introduce students to opportunities for academic mobility, international educational programmes, grants, and modern formats of international cooperation.
The first sessions have already been held for students of the Faculty of Engineering, Transport and Architecture, the Faculty of Health, Psychology, Physical Education and Sports, and the Faculty of Economics and Management.

During the sessions, Oleksandra Fishchuk, an International Relations Officer, presented the main areas of the University's international activities and discussed opportunities for students to participate in international educational initiatives and projects.
Particular attention was paid to academic mobility programmes. Students learned about opportunities for semester-long study at partner universities through Erasmus+ and inter-university agreements. Practical aspects of participation were also discussed, including eligibility requirements, required documents, language preparation, writing a motivation letter, and the selection process.

An important part of the sessions was the experience shared by students who had already taken part in international mobility opportunities through Erasmus+. They spoke about their own experiences of studying abroad, the educational process at European universities, living and adapting to a new environment, as well as the professional and personal opportunities that international experience can provide.

This format allowed students not only to receive information but also to hear real stories from their fellow students, ask questions, and receive practical advice on preparing for participation in international programmes.
A separate part of the sessions focused on international online opportunities. In particular, students were introduced to COIL courses – international online initiatives in which participants work in a multicultural academic environment and collaborate with students and lecturers from other countries.
At the end of the sessions, students were introduced to useful resources for independently searching for international educational opportunities, including the International Relations Office WhatsApp channel..

The sessions were held in an open dialogue format. Students actively asked about participation requirements for mobility programmes, foreign language proficiency requirements, the selection process, and the preparation of the necessary documents.
International opportunities begin with information and the willingness to take the first step. The International Relations Office of Khmelnytskyi National University will continue the series of sessions for students from different faculties so that everyone interested can learn more about opportunities for study, professional development, and international cooperation.
We invite students to join the upcoming sessions and discover new opportunities for gaining international experience!
