From November 14 to 18, 2024, the autumn school on the topic "Introduction to Negotiations and Process Management" was held, organized by the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.
The Autumn School brought together representatives of 17 Ukrainian universities from different parts of the country. Among the participants was Diana Kychak, a student of Khmelnytskyi National University (speciality "Secondary Education. English Language and Literature"), who proudly represented our university.

The event opened on November 14 with an introductory presentation from Adam Mickiewicz University and the EPICUR consortium.
The school program was rich and aimed at in-depth study of theoretical foundations and practical approaches to process management and negotiations. Participants took part in discussions and seminars, where they studied methods of effective communication, stages of the negotiation process, conflict management, as well as mechanisms for achieving mutually beneficial solutions.

In addition to educational activities, the program included communication in an intercultural environment, which facilitated the exchange of experiences between students from different universities. Such events allow the development of practical skills that are extremely important for future specialists.

Here's a personal review from Diana:
“My trip to Poronin for the Autumn School on the “Process Management and Negotiations” program was an incredibly rich and useful event!
Lectures and workshops from leading experts allowed us to delve deeper into the topics of business management, negotiations, and process management. It was a great chance not only to gain valuable knowledge but also to see how it works in practice.
The program successfully combined study with relaxation. Nordic walking, visiting hot springs and walks among picturesque landscapes helped to recharge and gain energy. Zakopane and Poronin were enchanted with their nature, and a tour of the city of Zakopane was a wonderful finale to the trip.
I would like to highlight the networking atmosphere. I met many like-minded people who were interested in business and negotiations. These meetings became an important professional and personal experience for me.
Overall, this trip was not only inspiring but also a powerful impetus for my professional development!

Our university is sincerely grateful to Adam Mickiewicz University for the wonderful opportunity to join the fall school “Introduction to Negotiations and Process Management”. We highly appreciate your hospitality, professionalism, and friendly atmosphere, which made this project unforgettable.
We are confident that such initiatives are a powerful tool for educating a new generation of professionals.
