TEMPUS IPMASTER “Intellectual Property Law: New Master Curriculum for the National Consultancy e-Centre on IP management”

Project objectives:

Training of a new generation of professional lawyers capable of providing practical services in the field of intellectual property law.

Project activities:

  • Development and implementation of an international master's program (6 courses) in international and comparative intellectual property law for Ukrainian universities.
  • Establishment of a national consulting electronic center for intellectual property management.
  • Introduction of a permanent scheme of bilateral student mobility in partner universities.
  • Organization of courses and training seminars on intellectual property issues on request.

EXPECTED RESULTS:

  • INTRODUCTION OF AN INTERNATIONAL MASTER'S PROGRAM IN INTERNATIONAL AND COMPARATIVE INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY LAW FOR UKRAINIAN UNIVERSITIES
  • INVOLVEMENT OF UP TO 500 STUDENTS IN THE MASTER'S PROGRAM THROUGH DISTANCE LEARNING MEANS
  • ESTABLISHMENT OF A NATIONAL CONSULTING ELECTRONIC CENTER FOR INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT
  • INTRODUCTION OF A PERMANENT SCHEME FOR BILATERAL STUDENT MOBILITY
