KhNU and Team4UA Discussed Further Development of Cooperation

On 28 September 2026, an online meeting was held between representatives of Khmelnytskyi National University and the Ukrainian charitable foundation Team4UA to continue the cooperation initiated earlier and identify new areas for collaboration.

The partnership between KhNU and Team4UA began in May this year, when Guillaume Banos, Head of Programmes at Team4UA, delivered a guest session for students of the Department of Social Work and Social Pedagogy. Both sides are interested in continuing this cooperation and organising new guest lectures for the department’s students.

During the meeting, the participants also discussed opportunities to expand cooperation with other departments and educational areas at Khmelnytskyi National University. The Team4UA representative expressed readiness to adapt the topics of guest lectures to the needs of specific student audiences and educational programmes. Potential areas include humanitarian project management, the work of non-profit organisations, transforming community needs into practical programmes and projects, as well as approaches to their development, implementation and evaluation.

Particular attention was paid to long-term partnership between KhNU and Team4UA. The parties agreed to continue working on the preparation and signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation, which is intended to provide a framework for developing joint educational initiatives, including guest lectures, practical case studies, discussions and other forms of interaction.

Khmelnytskyi National University continues to develop partnerships with representatives of the civil society and humanitarian sectors, creating opportunities for students to gain first-hand insight into the practical experience of professionals and contemporary approaches to the work of non-profit organisations.
