The Head of the Department of International Communication and Political Science, Olga Zaslavska, and the Associate Professor of the Department of HR-Engineering in Business Economics, Ievgeniia Shelest, participated in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.
During the visit, they delivered lectures on various topics, including the political system and socio-cultural features of political culture, as well as human resources management and leadership in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Additionally, the teachers actively participated in the International Conference "Utopias and Dystopias in the Face of Contemporary Social Fears and Hopes."
They had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the specifics of the higher education system in Poland, relevant regulatory and educational-methodical Polish documentation, and acquire new teaching technologies. This visit allowed them to practice their professional English, establish horizontal communication, and find inspiration to implement their plans and ideas.
