On 18–19 December 2025, Olha Pavlova, Head of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems at Khmelnytskyi National University, took part in the kick-off meeting of the international Erasmus+ EduFlex project “Transforming Higher Education through Adaptive Individual Academic Pathways and Competence-Based Interdisciplinary Learning.” The meeting was hosted by the Netherlands Business Academy in Arnhem, the Netherlands.
The project is coordinated by Ivan Franko National University of Lviv. The international consortium includes the following partners:

as well as the associated partner, the IT Ukraine Association.
EduFlex is a four-year project aimed at modernising Ukraine's higher education system by implementing a scalable, personalised, modular learning system based on a modern digital infrastructure. The project focuses on a student-centred model that enables learners to design individual and interdisciplinary educational pathways aligned with their career goals and labour-market needs.
During the kick-off meeting, consortium members presented their partner universities and project teams, outlined the expected outcomes, and agreed on further steps and tasks necessary for the successful implementation of the project and the achievement of its strategic objectives.
