Participation of a Lecturer from the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems, KhNU, in Academic Mobility 

Dmytro Vasylovych Martyniuk, Assistant Lecturer of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems (CEIS), Khmelnytskyi National University (KhNU), carried out a teaching mobility from October 10 to October 17, 2025, at Moldova State University (Chișinău, Moldova).
The purpose of the visit was to teach academic disciplines (Computer Architecture, Systems Programming, and the Internet of Things) to improve teaching quality, align with international educational standards, exchange knowledge and best teaching practices, and strengthen academic cooperation between universities.

As a result of the mobility, the following outcomes were achieved:
▪️improvement of teaching skills through familiarisation with various teaching methodologies and best practices of the host institution, which enhanced pedagogical approaches and innovations in course delivery;
▪️expansion of international cooperation and networking by establishing professional contacts with researchers at the host institution, contributing to research collaboration, joint projects, and co-authorship of scientific publications;
▪️ strengthening of professional competencies, particularly through interaction with a diverse academic environment, which improved adaptability, communication, and intercultural awareness in the globalized education system;
▪️ development and modernization of academic programmes, as the knowledge gained during the exchange will be integrated into KhNU curricula to ensure compliance with international academic standards and industry trends;
▪️ transfer of valuable experience and developed teaching materials to improve awareness in the field of IT education among faculty and students of Chișinău National University;
▪️increased motivation and career development;
▪️ improvement of personal foreign-language communication skills.
