The programme became an effective platform for exchanging professional experience, ideas, and innovative teaching approaches. Participation in the mobility programme strengthened cooperation between Khmelnytskyi National University (KhNU) and Kielce University of Technology, opening new prospects for joint academic projects. The programme enabled not only enriching educational programmes with up-to-date knowledge but also enhancing the lecturer’s professional development, expanding the international network of contacts, and strengthening the positions of both universities in the global educational space. This experience will contribute to the modernisation of education and the better preparation of students for the challenges of the modern world.
