The event was dedicated to the topic of international cooperation in the educational environment, in particular, overcoming challenges related to intercultural communication and building effective teamwork in the context of globalization of the educational space.

The workshop addressed key aspects of building and supporting international academic teams. Participants discussed strategies for assigning roles and responsibilities in teams, the importance of trust, and ways to adapt to different cultural approaches and communication styles. Particular attention was paid to the challenges arising from physical distance, lack of constant interaction, and differences in priorities.

A separate topic was the effective meeting planning tools that ensure the active involvement of every participant, regardless of their cultural or professional background. Participants were offered practical recommendations for creating inclusive collaborative environments, organizing interactive project meetings, and increasing long-term team engagement.

Participants also learned about the importance of building trust as a foundation for successful international cooperation. Regular communication, transparency in decision-making, respect for the contribution of each participant, and agreement on common goals were highlighted as key factors for effective cooperation.

The event concluded with an exchange of ideas, summing up, and formulating recommendations for the practical implementation of the knowledge gained in the work of universities.
