Participation of the KHNU Team in the Kick-off Meeting of the ERASMUS+ INSPIRE Project

On 19–20 January 2026, the kick-off meeting of the Erasmus+ Capacity Building in Higher Education project INSPIRE – “Institutional Accreditation for Sustainable Progress, Innovation and Excellence of the Ukrainian Higher Education System towards European Integration” was held at Wrocław University of Science and Technology with the support of the European Union.
The kick-off meeting brought together representatives of all partner universities from Ukraine, Poland, Germany, and Norway, as well as the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine and the National Agency for Higher Education Quality Assurance. Khmelnytskyi National University was represented at the meeting by Professor Tetiana Hovorushchenko, Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies and Project Leader at KNU, and Yurii Voichur, Senior Lecturer of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems.

During the kick-off meeting, Professor Tetiana Hovorushchenko presented Khmelnytskyi National University and the KHNU project team, which will implement the ERASMUS+ INSPIRE project over the next four years. In addition, Professor Hovorushchenko presented the dissemination and sustainability strategy of the project, as Khmelnytskyi National University is the leader of Work Package 6 “Dissemination and Sustainability.” She also presented four project logo concepts developed by the KHNU team for further selection by the consortium members.

ERASMUS+ INSPIRE is a systemic transformation project aimed at introducing a sustainable model of institutional accreditation in Ukraine, harmonising Ukrainian higher education with European standards within the framework of European integration, enhancing a quality culture, and strengthening universities' institutional capacity as a key factor for European integration and post-war recovery.
