From 20–23 October 2025, a team from Khmelnytskyi National University (KhNU), comprising the KhNU Rector Serhiy Matyukh, the Dean of the Faculty of Information Technologies Tetiana Hovorushchenko, the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems Olha Pavlova, and Professor of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems Yelyzaveta Hnatchuk, attended the final conference for the ERASMUS+ MOVEx project at Shota Rustaveli Batumi State University in Georgia. During the final conference, the KhNU team presented the results of their work within the ERASMUS+ MOVEx project and participated in the discussion of all key performance indicators achieved by the project. Additionally, during the project management session, tasks to be completed before the project's conclusion and the work plan for preparing the final project report were discussed.
Furthermore, two mixed-mode information sessions were held during the final conference—one for students of the partner universities and one for teaching staff of the partner universities. These sessions presented and discussed the results achieved during the project’s implementation and their significance for the partner universities. Students from various educational programmes at Khmelnytskyi National University participated as listeners in the video-conference format info session for students of partner universities. Olesia Bosa, a student in the “Computer Engineering and Programming” educational programme at the Faculty of Information Technologies (FIT) KhNU, and Tamara Petruk, a student in the "Information Systems and Technologies" educational programme at FIT KhNU, were speakers at the student information session. They shared their experience of participating in the virtual exchange programme under the ERASMUS+ MOVEx project with the attendees. Teaching staff from the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems participated as listeners in the video-conference format info session for teaching staff of partner universities. Olha Pavlova, the Head of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems, was a speaker at the teaching staff info session. She shared her experience of teaching one of the microcredentials in the virtual exchange programme under the ERASMUS+ MOVEx project with the attendees.
