Recently, Yevheniia Shelest, Associate Professor of the Department of HR Engineering in Business Economics at Khmelnytskyi National University, took part in an academic mobility program at the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznan. The internship took place under the project “BNI-UE-2023-23: Cooperation of Adam Mickiewicz University with Ukrainian Universities within the Alliance of European Universities”.
The topic of the training was “Enhancing the Internationalization of Higher Education Institutions through Virtual Exchange: Creating a Motivating Environment for Collaborative International Online Learning (COIL)”. This AMU summer school aimed to develop the competencies of teachers in the field of international cooperation and virtual exchange
During her participation in the program, the associate professor learned about innovative approaches to organizing international online learning, methods of creating a motivating environment for students in the virtual space, and explored the possibilities of COIL to strengthen the internationalization of higher education.
Participation in this program will allow us to introduce new practices of international cooperation at the Department of HR-Engineering in Business Economics of KhNU, expand opportunities for students to participate in international educational projects and improve the quality of teaching, taking into account global trends in online education.
The experience gained during this academic mobility program will contribute to the further integration of Khmelnytsky National University into the European educational space and increase its competitiveness at the international level.
