In the frames of the partnership of KhNU with the Businet organization, the students of the Faculty of International Relations and Law, Oleksandra Yanchuk and Angelina Karpenko, attended the international student conference "Thinking employment. The Businet Student Conference" in Antwerp, Belgium. The event was held on March 26-30 in one of the campuses of Thomas More University.
The Thinking Employability 2024 conference presented a program that gave participants the opportunity to explore employability skills, develop reflective thinking, try experiential learning, learn about the concept of emotional intelligence, and develop self-awareness skills.
The main goal of the event was to bring together students from universities in different countries to establish international relations and valuable contacts.
Liubov Magas, a student of our university, shared her experience:
“I had an incredible opportunity to participate in the Businet conference in Antwerp. During this event, I met many students from different countries. This experience not only broadened my horizons and gave me a lot of new knowledge, but also gave me friends with whom I keep in touch to this day.
Recently, I visited my friends in Romania. We were joined by students from Germany, in particular from Euro Akademie Berlin and Euro Akademie Hannover. Our Romanian friends showed us around their university and invited us to the International Relations Department and the Erasmus+ program office. We had a great time together, remembering how we met at the Businet conference and how exciting it was.
Many thanks to our International Relations Department for the opportunity to participate in international exchanges and various conferences. I would also like to thank the organizers of Businet for bringing us together with students from different European countries.”
Khmelnytskyi National University, in turn, sincerely thanks all active students for their perseverance and ability to represent our institution at the highest level abroad. We encourage students to learn foreign languages and participate in academic mobility programs. Such activities give you international connections that will help you throughout your life!
