On June 3, a meeting was held in the form of a lecture-discussion with the Speaker of the Parliament of Georgia and students of the European University. Oleksandra Yanchuk, a 4th-year student majoring in International Logistics and Customs at the Faculty of International Relations, Khmelnytskyi National University, was invited to join the meeting.
The meeting was held within the framework of the Jean Monnet Module of the EU Erasmus Plus "Europeanization as a tool for democratization of Georgia".
The Speaker of the Parliament, Shalva Papuashvili, spoke in detail about the peculiarities of Georgia's European integration process and its current stage. In particular, he paid considerable attention to the issue of Russia's war against Ukraine.
"I was given the floor and decided to take the opportunity to thank him for his coverage of the situation in Ukraine. I also expressed my gratitude to all Georgian citizens who help Ukraine in one or another way," said Oleksandra.
