The first Ukrainian hub joined the European Digital Innovation Hubs network

CLOTEX-HUB became the first Ukrainian hub to officially join the European Digital Innovation Hubs network.

The goal of CLOTEX-HUB is to increase efficiency in the garment industry and mechanical engineering through digital transformation.

The hub was created in the Khmelnytskyi region and brings together Khmelnytskyi National University, the Podilskyi Fashion Cluster, the Khmelnytskyi IT Cluster, and the ASTAR Sustainable Development Agency.

It will support regional entrepreneurs in the implementation of digital technologies, including:

  • VR/AR technologies
  • artificial intelligence
  • cybersecurity
  • infrastructure for testing new technologies
  • training for SME employees and partners
  • demonstration of digital solutions for SMEs
  • helping entrepreneurs access financing.

Ukraine has joined the European Digital Innovation Hubs network as part of the EU's Digital Europe program.

European Digital Innovation Hubs (EDIHs) are centers that help small and medium-sized enterprises and public sector organisations improve their processes, products, or services through the use of digital technologies.
