Organization of a consulting office to support virtual mobility programs at Khmelnytskyi National University

On the basis of the International Relations Office of Khmelnytskyi National University, within the framework of the international ERASMUS+ MoveX project, under the guidance of Kateryna SKYBA, Vice-Rector for Scientific and Pedagogical Work of KhNU, and on the initiative of Tetiana HOVORUSCHENKO, ERASMUS+ MoveX project coordinator and Head of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems, a consulting office was organized to support virtual mobility programs (KhNU building 4, room 4-218), which starts its work on October 16, 2023.

The consulting office will provide services to both teachers and students:

  • consulting services on the use and popularization of the online platform “Single Information Space” (https://move-x.khmnu.edu.ua//) created within the ERASMUS+ MoveX project to organize virtual academic exchanges between universities (both project partners and other universities in Ukraine and abroad) on the model of microcredit courses (micro-credentials)
  • consulting services on the use of the university modular environment for the organization of virtual academic mobility between universities
  • consulting services for the promotion and organization of COIL exchanges (Collaborative Online International Learning)
  • support services for educational and awareness-raising activities on the development of microcredit courses, organization of COIL exchanges, etc.

Consulting services on the use and popularization of the Single Information Space online platform will be provided by Professor of the Department of Computer Engineering and Information Systems Serhii Lysenko, who is a participant in the international ERASMUS+ MoveX project and the developer of the Single Information Space online platform.

Consulting services on the promotion and organization of COIL exchanges will be provided by Ilona DUMANSKA, Professor of the Department of International Economic Relations, who is an active participant and organizer of COIL exchanges.

Consulting services on the use of the university's modular environment for organizing virtual academic mobility will be provided by Liudmyla REMISHEVSKA, Head of the International Relations Office, and Anastasiia ZARZHYTSKA, specialist of the International RelationsOffice.

In addition, the advisory office to support virtual mobility programs includes academic mobility coordinators from each of the eight faculties (according to the order of the University №161 of 04.11.2022): Anastasiia DANYLKOVA (Faculty of Economics and Management), Oksana DOMBROVSKA (Faculty of Technology and Design), Tetiana CHOPYK (Faculty of Health, Psychology, Physical Education and Sports), Nelia MEDVEDCHUK (Faculty of Management, Administration and Tourism), Volodymyr KURSKOI (Faculty of Engineering, Transport and Architecture), Oksana ONYSHKO (Faculty of Information Technology), Yuriy MUDRYK (Faculty of International Relations and Law), Liudmyla TERESHCHENKO (Faculty of Humanities and Pedagogy).
