Khmelnytskyi National University is actively negotiating with the Chinese company Zhiqiu Education Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd., to deepen international cooperation in higher education between Ukraine and China. In July 2023, Khmelnytskyi National University signed a strategic cooperation agreement with Zhiqiu Education Technology (Ningbo) Co., Ltd. The primary goal of this agreement is to open a representative office of the University in mainland China, which will be an authorized structure for online enrollment and education of Chinese students.
