On March 20, in Iasi, Romania, EDIH Clotex-HUB joined the annual Digital Innovation Zone 3.0 Iasi Conference 2025.
The conference featured an exhibition area and discussion panels on various topics, namely:
- Technological revolution: how are industries transforming?
- Digital transformation and new markets: how companies are finding their way.
- Deeptech in business: a real opportunity or a strategic risk?
- How do we support digital transformation? Financing, services, and solutions for small and medium-sized businesses and public administrations.
- Effective digitalisation: case studies of the Digital Innovation Zone ecosystem.
The afternoon session of EDIH Matchmaking & Pitching was the highlight of the event. Conference participants had the opportunity to get acquainted with companies that leveraged the DIZ experience and successfully expanded their businesses through digitalisation or developed innovative solutions. Studies presented how decisions made increased efficiency in achieving business goals.
Representatives of EDIH Clotex-HUB identified the SMEs most likely to become partners in the centre's future work. The "one-to-many" partner search is designed to facilitate connections between companies in the DIZ ecosystem and international EDIH partners from the European network.
During the conference, a memorandum of understanding was signed between DIZ and Clotex-HUB, outlining clear actions over the next four years to improve service to SMEs within the Digital Europe program.
