З 25 по 28 червня 2023 року проректор з НПР Катерина Скиба представляла Хмельницький національний університет на завершальному зібранні учасників проєкту “Мультиплікаційне навчання для адміністраторів вищої освіти в Україні” (THEA Ukraine X) у місті Мюнстер, Німеччина. Головною метою зустрічі було підведення підсумків проведених учасниками тренінгів з інтернаціоналізації вищої освіти, обговорення ефективних інструментів забезпечення якості освіти та стратегій підтримки міжнародних партнерств і мереж. Особливу увагу учасники проєкту приділили пошуку гнучких рішень для ефективного подолання викликів, що постали перед українськими ЗВО внаслідок війни.
It should be noted that Kateryna Skyba played a crucial role in developing and implementing a three-day offline training called "Internationalisation Booster". Together with co-trainer Halyna Protsyk (Ukrainian Catholic University), the Head of the Research and Development Department Oksana Zakharkevych and the Head of the Continuing Education Center Tetiana Kosianchuk, a training program was developed for department heads and deans of Khmelnytskyi National University to intensify internationalization at our university. The training took place from December 5th to 8th, 2022 and brought together 50 participants, including department heads and deans of Khmelnytskyi National University. The event was focused on enhancing the managerial skills of representatives from various university departments and included detailed discussions on the internationalization strategy of Khmelnytskyi National University. It provided practical guidance on developing strategic action plans and familiarized participants with critical instruments for internationalization in science and education. During the training, participants developed 50 short-term action plans for the internationalization of their departments and faculties, which were implemented over six months.
On June 29, 2023, the training participants presented the results of implementing the internationalization plans at a meeting of the Academic Council and received positive feedback.
Participation of Khmelnytskyi National University in the project "Multiplicative Learning for Higher Education Administrators in Ukraine" (THEA Ukraine X) marked the beginning of comprehensive internationalization, which is the primary goal of the Internationalization Strategy of Khmelnytskyi National University for 2022-2025.
