Khmelnytskyi National University is expanding its international cooperation: the University has officially joined FIABCI (the International Real Estate Federation). This organisation brings together a professional community focused on urban development, urban studies and the real estate market, and collaborates with representatives of academia, business and municipalities across different countries.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

For KhNU, this primarily means new engagement formats: participation in international projects, access to professional platforms, and opportunities to work on real-world case studies that extend beyond the classroom. The University plans to involve practitioners more actively in the educational process, develop student internships, and contribute to initiatives related to urban environment development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The areas opened up by this partnership include sustainable cities, modern infrastructure, mobility and environmental solutions. These are fields where integrating academic knowledge and practical experience is particularly important.<\/p>\n\n\n

On 15 April 2026, a formal signing ceremony of the cooperation agreement took place in Kyiv. The event was attended by KhNU Rector Serhii Matiukh, FIABCI World President Antonio Campagnoli, and FIABCI-Ukraine President Alisa Bankovska. The Rector emphasised that such cooperation is an investment in the future of both students and the University as a whole. It creates new opportunities for implementing ambitious ideas, broadens the horizons of professional development, and fosters an environment where knowledge is closely intertwined with practice.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Today, Khmelnytskyi National University confidently presents itself as a modern and forward-looking higher education institution that not only educates but also shapes a new generation of professionals capable of transforming cities, the economy and society.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This partnership is more than an agreement. It is a step towards global presence, new ideas and bold decisions. At the same time, it serves as a reminder that the future is being created today \u2014 in lecture halls, in projects, and in collaboration without borders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
