Objective<\/strong> to create conditions for the implementation of trauma-informed approaches in teaching that will increase inclusiveness, psychological safety, and academic success in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Project implementation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bringing together 20 trauma experts from various disciplines related to mental health and education.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Developing a framework and training materials for trauma-informed teaching based on existing research and expert surveys.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of a trainer training program to further disseminate knowledge among teachers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Creation of an open database, hosting webinars and a final conference to exchange practices.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Implementation of trauma-informed approaches in the policies and practices of higher education institutions.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Expected Results:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Development of a trauma-informed curriculum, teaching guides, and open resources for teachers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improvement in lecturers\u2019 competencies in trauma-informed teaching.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Strengthening the institutional capacity of higher education institutions through training aimed at improving psychological safety and inclusion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Integration of trauma-informed approaches into national education policies and teacher training programs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Improving inclusion policies and
