During the training, participants explored resilience in leadership, defined the key competencies of stable leaders, and studied practical strategies for building both personal and team stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/o1-1024x574.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59361\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Kateryna Skyba, Vice-Rector for Research and Educational Affairs at Khmelnytskyi National University, conducted the training. She focused on how resilience helps leaders support their teams, overcome professional challenges, and maintain motivation during times of crisis. Participants worked in small groups, discussed their own experiences of overcoming difficulties, shared effective self-support tools, and developed individual resilience development plans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/o2-1024x562.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59362\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A significant part of the program was the \"Resilience in Action\" panel discussion, during which three representatives from the academic world and civil society presented their stories of leadership and resilience:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Larysa Ponomarenko, Assistant to the Rector for International Relations and Strategic Development and Acting Director of the Office of Academic, Scientific Activity, and International Cooperation at Kherson National Technical University, shared her experience in building institutional stability and international cooperation under military challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/o3-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59363\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Alla Krasulia, Associate Professor at the Department of Germanic Philology and Head of the International Relations Office at Sumy State University, spoke about team recovery after the destruction of university premises due to missile attacks and the power of a community that continues its work even under shelling. Her story served as an example of unbroken spirit, empathetic leadership, and dedication to the educational mission.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/o4-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59364\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yelyzaveta Boryskina, a civil sector leader and political advocate with many years of experience in international cooperation, social justice, and gender equality, emphasised the importance of active participation of women and youth in the processes of peacebuilding, inclusion, and sustainable development.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/o5-1024x576.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-59365\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Their speeches were a source of inspiration for the training participants, demonstrating that true resilience is founded on courage, mutual support, and a deep belief in the power of collective action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The final stage of the training was the \"Reflection into Action\" session, where participants summarised the knowledge gained and formulated individual action plans for developing resilience, aimed at increasing their own effectiveness and supporting their teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Summary of the \"3R SheLeader\" Training Series<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The three training sessions of the program\u2014Resourcefulness, Resultfulness, and Resilience\u2014contributed to the development of women's leadership in higher education, combining self-awareness, efficiency, and stability.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the first training, on Resourcefulness, participants explored their internal resources, emotional intelligence, and communication skills necessary for developing leadership potential.\n\nThe second training, focused on Resultfulness, helped participants build skills for effective team management, conscious leadership, and achieving significant results.\n\nThe final training on Resilience was a logical conclusion to the series, aimed at developing the ability to act confidently, maintaining stability and trust even in difficult circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The training series has now concluded, but the mentoring program for women leaders continues, with representatives from Khmelnytskyi National University actively participating.
