The training topic focused on the development of emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and the study of the fundamentals of Transactional Analysis and personality typology using the MBTI (Myers-Briggs Type Indicator) model.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the session, participants explored how understanding their own emotions and behavioural types contributes to effective interaction with others, the development of leadership skills, and the formation of cohesive teams.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto-2-9-1024x569.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58824\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>A significant aspect of the training was the presentation by Bangor University Professor Faye Short, titled \u201cTransactional Analysis for Leaders: Navigating Difficult Conversations.\u201d She highlighted how applying Transactional Analysis helps women leaders constructively resolve complex situations in the professional environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The meeting included interactive polls and practical assignments where participants analysed their own leadership qualities, communication skills, and teamwork abilities. Particular attention was paid to self-assessment of interaction styles: Extroversion vs. Introversion, Intuition vs. Sensing, Thinking vs. Feeling, and Judging vs. Perceiving.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All participants worked in groups, discussing the material covered, sharing their own leadership experiences, and developing individual \"action plans\" to enhance their leadership effectiveness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/foto-3-5-1024x657.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-58825\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Khmelnytskyi National University is sincerely grateful to the British Council and Bangor University for supporting this initiative, which promotes the development of women's leadership, strengthens inter-university cooperation, and fosters an inclusive academic environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Following the successful start, participants can look forward to two more meetings\u2014on October 9 and October 16\u2014which will continue the training series aimed at advancing women\u2019s leadership in higher education.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The second training will be dedicated to Resourcefulness (\u0420\u0435\u0437\u0443\u043b\u044c\u0442\u0430\u0442\u0438\u0432\u043d\u0456\u0441\u0442\u044c\/Results): the ability to effectively use one's internal and external resources, maintain a balance between professional and personal life, and form strategies to support oneself and the team under high pressure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The third training will focus on Resilience (\u0420\u0435\u0437\u0438\u043b\u044c\u0454\u043d\u0442\u043d\u0456\u0441\u0442\u044c): developing leaders' capacity to adapt to change, overcome challenges, and maintain effectiveness in crisis situations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>We invite all interested individuals to participate in the upcoming trainings and actively develop women's leadership in higher
