As part of a cooperation agreement, representatives of Khmelnytskyi National University took part in the international project \u201cArtificial Intelligence in the Management of International Educational Projects and Academic Mobility\u201d, held in Kaluzha (Slovakia) at the Academy of Professional Education \u201cMerkur\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

 The KhNU delegation included:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serhii Matiukh \u2013 Rector of Khmelnytskyi National University;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yevhenii Rudnichenko \u2013 Dean of the Faculty of Management, Administration and Tourism;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Yevhen Pavliuk \u2013 Dean of the Faculty of Health, Psychology, Physical Education and Sport;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihor Zhurba \u2013 Head of the Department of Tourism and Hospitality Management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The aim of the project was to promote the implementation of innovative approaches to managing international educational projects using artificial intelligence (AI) and digital tools, as well as to expand academic mobility and cultural exchange between universities in Ukraine and Slovakia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As part of the project, a series of masterclasses, training sessions and workshops were organised, focusing on innovative approaches to managing international educational projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u201cArtificial Intelligence in the Management of Educational Programmes\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u201cDigital AI-Based Case Studies for Academic Programme Coordinators\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Training sessions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u201cManaging Educational Projects in a Digital Environment\u201d;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u201cSoft Skills for Project Managers in an International Educational Context\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Workshop:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 \u201cInternationalisation of Higher Education: Strategy, Implementation, Monitoring\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The key outcome of the visit was the signing of a Memorandum of Cooperation between Khmelnytskyi National University, represented by Rector Serhii Matiukh, and the Academy of Professional Education \u201cMerkur\u201d, represented by Director Jan Brecko. The initiative was implemented with the active involvement of the deans and the department head, and with the support of Ruslana Zhovtani, Director of the international company \u201cTravel Study Work\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

   The Memorandum envisages:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 the development of Ukrainian-Slovak cooperation in higher education;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 academic mobility and internships for students of Tourism and Recreation, and Hospitality Management;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 joint scientific and practical conferences;<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 participation in research and cultural programmes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Khmelnytskyi National University continues to actively pursue international cooperation aimed at enhancing the quality of education, advancing scientific research, and expanding academic mobility.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
