A delegation from the Faculty of Engineering, Transport, and Architecture at Khmelnytskyi National University, consisting of Oleh Polishchuk (Dean), Halyna Kalda (Head of the Department of Construction and Civil Safety), and Andrii Polishchuk (Senior Lecturer at the Department of Machines and Apparatus, Electromechanical and Energy Systems), visited Rzesz\u00f3w University of Technology (Poland).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ukrainian delegation held a meeting with Ms. Edyta Ptaszek, Head of the International Relations Office at Rzesz\u00f3w University of Technology. During the discussion, key issues of cooperation between the institutions were addressed, including opportunities for Ukrainian students to study under the Erasmus+ program, double degree programs, and the implementation of joint scientific and cultural projects.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The parties agreed to further expand their partnership, which will contribute to improving the quality of education, scientific research, and professional development for both students and faculty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ukrainian delegation also visited the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture. This is one of the university\u2019s leading faculties, training specialists across various educational programs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

At the faculty, students pursue multi-level education: bachelor's, master's, and doctoral degrees, focusing on modern approaches to design, construction, and environmental management.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Key areas of study include civil engineering, architectural design, water supply and sewerage, renewable energy sources, and sustainable development in construction. The study programs are oriented towards combining theoretical knowledge with practical skills, enabling graduates to meet the demands of the modern labour market.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ukrainian delegation met with Prof. Lech Licho\u0142aj, DSc in Engineering, Dean of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

During the meeting, Dean Oleh Polishchuk presented information about the Faculty of Engineering, Transport, and Architecture, while Dean Lech Licho\u0142aj provided insights into the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture. They discussed the educational programs offered to students and ways to improve them, the organisation of internships for students, and opportunities for faculty internships.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Special attention was also paid to exchanging experiences in academic mobility and integrating students and faculty into the international educational community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Subsequently, a meeting was held with Prof. Barbara Tch\u00f3rzewska-Cie\u015blak, DSc in Engineering, Head of the Department of Water Supply and Sewerage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Ukrainian delegation had the opportunity to visit the laboratories of the Faculty of Civil Engineering, Environmental Engineering and Architecture, which are equipped with modern instruments in the fields of hydraulics, materials science, ecology, building structures, energy-saving technologies, and more.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The visit of the delegation from the Faculty of Engineering, Transport, and Architecture of Khmelnytskyi National University to Rzesz\u00f3w University of Technology marked a significant step in strengthening cooperation between the educational institutions.
