On December 22, 2024, specialists from the School of Management of Khmelnytskyi National University took part in the webinar \"Using Artificial Intelligence to Optimize Activities in Educational Institutions\", organized by BDO in Ukraine together with the AICPA & CIMA association. The event brought together over 150 participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The webinar covered the following topics:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Artificial intelligence for translations: BDO analyst Tetyana Oksenyuk demonstrated the use of ChatGPT-4.0, Copilot, and DeepL tools for quickly working with texts and PDF documents, which helps overcome language barriers and increase the efficiency of international cooperation in educational institutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 AI in preparing grant applications: BDO Project Manager Tetyana Demchenko showed how ChatGPT-4.0 can be used to analyze grant announcements, create applications, and prepare documentation, automating processes and increasing their efficiency.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2013 Microsoft 365 for Education: The possibilities of using Microsoft 365 to optimize the work of educational institutions are considered.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The use of AI opens up significant opportunities for automating and improving everyday tasks. The tools presented at the webinar, in particular ChatGPT-4.0, Copilot and DeepL, can significantly increase the efficiency of teachers and administrative staff. For example, thanks to DeepL and ChatGPT, employees can quickly work with texts in different languages, which is extremely useful for international cooperation. ChatGPT also helps analyze grant announcements, create effective applications and prepare documentation, which saves time and improves the quality of materials. And Microsoft 365 tools contribute to better organization of team work, documentation management and information exchange.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

As a result, artificial intelligence will be useful not only to teachers and students but also to many other employees in the field of education. This webinar was an important step towards improving and increasing the efficiency of the department. The benefits of all the mentioned tools are undeniable, so they will be actively introduced into use.
