The Head of the Department of International Communication and Political Science, Olga Zaslavska, and the Associate Professor of the Department of HR-Engineering in Business Economics, Ievgeniia Shelest, participated in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program at Kazimierz Wielki University in Bydgoszcz.<\/p>\n\n\n

During the visit, they delivered lectures on various topics, including the political system and socio-cultural features of political culture, as well as human resources management and leadership in the context of the Russian-Ukrainian war. Additionally, the teachers actively participated in the International Conference \"Utopias and Dystopias in the Face of Contemporary Social Fears and Hopes.\"<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with the specifics of the higher education system in Poland, relevant regulatory and educational-methodical Polish documentation, and acquire new teaching technologies. This visit allowed them to practice their professional English, establish horizontal communication, and find inspiration to implement their plans and ideas.<\/p>\n\n\n
