She became one of 26 students from Ukrainian universities invited to attend the International Summer School \u00abDifficult neighborhood \u2013 Poles and Ukrainians in the 20th century\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>During the week, the summer school participants discussed some topics: \"Conflict or dialogue of memory? On modern ways of commemorating the anniversary of Operation Vistula; Problems of nationality in Poland after the Second World War; European integration after 1945 - between the Europe of states and supranational Europe; European Union membership - opportunities and threats from the point of view of Poland; \"Polish-Ukrainian relations after 1991\"; \"Hybrid warfare - a new type of war\"; \"Russian disinformation and its impact on Polish-Ukrainian relations\"; \"Difficult coexistence - Ukrainians and Poles in the Second Polish Republic 1919-1939\". They also got acquainted with the historical heritage of the city of Poznan.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1738.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36968\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>As part of the school, they had the opportunity to listen to lectures by renowned professors from the University of Poznan: Magdalena Lachowicz, Stanis\u0142aw Jankowiak, Marek Miko\u0142ajczyk, Marek Figura, Agnieszka Sawicz.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The summer school participants conversed with the professors during the lectures and extended invitations to a Ukrainian evening, where they treated them to authentic Ukrainian dishes.<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/khmnu.edu.ua\/wp-content\/uploads\/image-1739.png\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-36969\"\/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p>The summer school allowed Daria Borysenko to meet interesting people and gain new knowledge and experience. \"Now it's not just casual acquaintances, but many happy memories and joyful emotions.
